La Tour d'Argent

La Tour d'Argent, famous for its gastronomic history and legendary charm, continues to modernize after nearly five centuries since its founding in 1534 by Rourteau. Under the direction of André Terrail, who succeeded his father and grandfather, the establishment was renewed in 2023 with the addition of new spaces, including the Bar des Maillets d'Argent, designed by architect Franklin Azzi.

This bar, on the first floor, offers a cozy English club atmosphere with comfortable sofas, an elegant fireplace and Claude Terrail's polo trophies. Then, through a corridor adorned with vintage photos, you reach the elevator, leading to the renovated floors.

On the 6th floor, the restaurant features a new décor with a mirrored ceiling, a colorful fresco by Antoine Carbonne and an open kitchen run by chef Yannick Franques. La Tour d'Argent's signature dishes, such as langoustines royales au yuzu, caneton au pralin de noisette and crêpes Mademoiselle flambées, are magnified by the chefs' ballet and enjoyed with a breathtaking view of Paris.

The new layout also includes a rooftop on the top floor offering panoramic views of the city, as well as a private apartment on the 5th floor, providing an exclusive experience for visitors.

These transformations make the Tour d'Argent a must-see destination for food lovers and enthusiasts of spectacular views over the French capital.
