The Parc de Sceaux is articulated around different botanical axes. You will be able to stroll in a French garden of the XVIIth century whose perspectives were imagined by Lenôtre. This Domain is a tangle of different centuries and different inhabitants that the place has known over the centuries.

In addition to the historical park, you will also find a nature area and a large urban park, a space for relaxation, sports, games and festivities. The large surface area of the park is a major asset to maintain its landscape richness and diversity. This is why every year the park organizes multiple events, some of which are recurrent. It is time to prepare for the major event of spring: the flowering of the 150 Japanese cherry trees (Prunus Kanzan). Indeed, during the month of April, the northern grove is adorned with pink and offers an idyllic landscape. It is also a gathering place for Japanese people in France to celebrate Hanami, their traditional holiday. This year festivities are planned on April 16 and 17 and the month will also be punctuated with activities on the theme of the country of the Rising Sun with a panel of free activities during the weekends.
