PHOTOCLIMAT 2025

From September 12 to October 12, 2025, Paris will host the third edition of PHOTOCLIMAT, the social and environmental biennale that transforms the city into an open-air art gallery. This free exhibition, open to all, showcases the work of 44 French and international artists committed to building a fairer, more sustainable, and more inclusive world.

For one month, contemporary photography will take over some of the most iconic public spaces in Paris, including:

• Place de la Concorde (Seine side and Madeleine side)

• The Seine riverbanks (Pont au Change, Pont Louis-Philippe, Pont Marie)

• Place Saint-Sulpice

• Académie du Climat (Paris 4th arrondissement)

• And just outside Paris: Maison des Arts de Créteil

Each installation highlights today's most pressing ecological and social issues, with an eco-designed scenography that minimizes its environmental footprint. This artistic and civic event reaffirms Paris’ status as a global capital of committed visual art.
