Buttes-Chaumont Gardens

Created under Napoleon III and inaugurated in 1867, the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont stands out for its unique landscape. Cliffs, caves, waterfalls, a lake, and bridges come together to create a truly romantic setting in the heart of the city.

From the Hôtel du Jeu de Paume, located on Île Saint-Louis, it’s easy to get there by public transportation. Walk to the Pont Marie station, served by Metro Line 7. Take Line 7 toward La Courneuve – 8 Mai 1945, then transfer to Line 7 bis. Get off at the Buttes-Chaumont station, located at the foot of the park.
