ABRA

Just a few minutes' walk from the Hôtel du Jeu de Paume, ABRA has just opened its doors in Paris's 4th arrondissement. This new gourmet destination, created by Israeli pastry chef and designer Tal Spiegel, is already winning over lovers of sweet treats and design. For guests staying at our hotel on Île Saint-Louis, it's the perfect place to stop for a refined break after a stroll through the Marais.

Tal Spiegel has realized his dream here: to combine graphic design and French pastry. The boutique, designed with designer Ron From and architect Nicolas Frances (iCNOS agency), is inspired by the Bauhaus movement: primary colors, minimalist lines, and a glass roof that allows customers to admire the chefs at work.

At ABRA, lemon tart is transformed into a citrus press, Petit Beurramisu combines Petit Beurre and tiramisu, while tonka-poppy seed flan and Midnight in Paris dessert celebrate Paris with poetry. Viennoiseries, cookies, chocolate bars, and specialty coffee complete a menu where beauty rhymes with goodness: elegant, not overly sweet, perfectly balanced desserts.

Located in the heart of the Marais, ABRA is the ideal address for our hotel guests wishing to discover an exceptional Parisian patisserie. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., it promises an unforgettable sweet treat after a visit to the Place des Vosges or the Picasso Museum.

See you at 1 Rue des Mauvais Garçons, 75004 Paris.
